Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas & Fees

We deliver throughout the Dominican Republic. Delivery fees are as follows:

• Distrito Nacional: RD$150
• Greater Santo Domingo: RD$195
• Interior of the country: RD$250 per box (up to 12 bottles or equivalent)

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• We will notify you once your order is ready for dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

• Distrito Nacional: 1-2 business days after dispatch
• Greater Santo Domingo: 1-2 business days after dispatch
• Interior of the country: 2-4 business days after dispatch

Delivery to remote areas may take longer. We will provide an estimate upon confirmation.

Receiving Your Order

• Please ensure someone 18 years or older is available to receive the delivery.
• If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, contact information, or no one is available to receive the shipment, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage.
• We will review the claim and arrange a replacement, credit, or refund in line with our Returns and Claims Policy.

Pick-up Option

You can choose to pick up your order at our location in Santo Domingo. Select this option at checkout, and we will contact you to schedule a convenient time.
